Ingredients of Kerala Egg Curry

  • 4 Boiled Eggs
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Kerala Egg Curry

Add oil in a pan and heat it.

Now add mustard seeds and onions and ginger garlic paste.

Cook till onions are soft. Now add tomato puree, and cook it.

Next, throw in masalas like red chilli powder, pepper, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt. Mix them well.

Take boiled eggs, slit them from middle and add it in the pan. Let all the flavours combine.
6.
Add a dash of coconut milk and let it boil.
