To start with the recipe, break 2-3 eggs in a bowl, and whisk well. Next, add the whisked eggs to the idli batter and mix again.

Heat some oil in a kadhai, add mustard seeds, and wait until they splutter. Once done, add chopped onion, and green chillies. Sauté for a minute or two.
