Heat one cup of water in a pan and add coffee powder and boil. Then in a bowl, whip mascarpone cheese for a minute, add whipped cream, mix well, and set aside. Cut vertical roundels from a cake. Place two glasses, then place a cake slice at the base of each glass. Pour some coffee in each glass and then add mascarpone cheese-cream mixture in each.
