Won't it be great if you don't have to waste so much food every other day and also don't have to force yourself to eat the same dish again the very next day? Dinner leftovers, especially after a get-together, can be easily turned into some interesting breakfast recipes the next morning. We are sure now you want to know how, so here goes-

Use leftover foods to make these 5 breakfast recipes:

1. Leftover Rice

Rice is almost always leftover after a lavish dinner spread. One tends to make rice in a large quantity, all of which may or may not be used. You can turn leftover rice into a delicious taco. All you have to do is roast some veggies like carrots, cucumbers, corns, capsicum, mushroom etc. and add to the rice. Next bake some rotis or use store-bought taco shells and fill them with the prepared rice. An entirely different morning meal is ready.

2. Leftover Roti

After rice, it's usually a stack of rotis that is left untouched in the hot box after a dinner fare. Store these rotis in an aluminium foil and refrigerate them. Next morning, simply saute some onions, tomatoes and a veggie like paneer, potato or capsicum and place on the rotis to make tasty rolls.

3. Leftover Dal

If you are a Punjabi, you'd probably already know about this. Parathas made with leftover dal is a common meal in Punjabi households. All you have to do is knead dough taking half portion of atta and the other half of dal, add salt and chilli powder, and make parathas as usual. Genius, right?
