As the name suggests, this sweet corn recipe is a classic and all-time favourite of people. To make this, take one cup of boiled sweet corn. Then in a bowl, add one tablespoon of butter, salt and pepper according to taste. Then put in your sweet corn and mix. Then enjoy your classic butter sweet corn.

2. Desi Masala Sweet Corn

There is no doubt that Indian love spicy and masaledar food, and to add that taste to your corn, make this recipe. In a bowl, add butter, boiled sweet corn, half a tablespoon of Kashmiri lal mirchi powder and chaat masala, one tablespoon of lemon juice, half a tablespoon of mayonnaise and salt and pepper as per taste. Mix this well and serve.

3. Cheesy sweet corn

This recipe will surely be a hit among your kids, and you would also enjoy making it. First, take one tablespoon of butter, add boiled sweet corn, and one-fourth spoon of salt, pepper and half a tablespoon of red chilli flake, Italian seasoning and mayonnaise and then add some processed cheese. This chaat is for all ages; you can quickly and easily make this when guests come over or when to beat your hunger. In a bowl, add boiled sweet corn, one tablespoon of butter and mix it. Then add two chopped green chillies, one finely chopped onion and tomato, one tablespoon of dhaniya chutney and imly chutney. Then add half a tablespoon of chaat masala, rpasted cumin, red chilli powder, pepper and salt according to taste. Mix this well and garnish with sev and dhaniya leaves and serve.
