Chicken Boti Kebab Recipe: How To Make Chicken Boti Kebab

Marinate the chicken in curd, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, nutmeg, cumin powder, coriander powder, besan, mustard oil, Kashmiri red chilli, black salt and salt. Make sure you marinate it for at least an hour. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Thread the chicken cubes in the soaked skewers and set them aside. Heat a non-stick pan and add oil. Once the oil is hot, place the chicken skewers. Let it cook till it is evenly brown. Repeat the method by flipping the skewers. The chicken boti kebab is ready!
