Here we bring to you a delicious variation of the classic boti kebab. While typically the boti kebab is made from mutton, this recipe uses chicken to recreate this delicacy. Chicken boti kebab is very easy to prepare and would make a delicious party snack!

Ingredients of Chicken Boti Kebab

  • 500 gms Boneless chicken
  • 1/4 cup Hung Curd
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/3 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Besan
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
  • 1 tbsp Kashmiri Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Salt
  • Salt as required
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil

How to Make Chicken Boti Kebab

Dry roast the gram flour in a saucepan.

Marinate the chicken in curd, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, nutmeg, cumin powder, coriander powder, besan, mustard oil, Kashmiri red chilli, black salt and salt.

Make sure you marinate it for at least an hour.

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.

Thread the chicken cubes in the soaked skewers and set aside.

Heat a non-stick pan and add oil. Once the oil is hot, place the chicken skewers.
7.
Let it cook till it evenly brown. Repeat the method by flipping the skewers. The chicken boti kebab is ready!
8.
Serve the boti kebab with onion rings and pudina chutney and you’ll have a party on a plate.
