Aloo bhaji is one of the most loved dishes for breakfast. It goes with poori, bedmi roti, kulcha and more such Indian flatbreads. Mooli thepla and aloo bhaji make for a terrific combination that will make you forget about aloo-poori and other mundane meal. Since aloo bhaji is also one of the most common dishes during fasting days, you can make this thepla with singhare ka atta instead of whole wheat flour also.
