How To Make Pathar Gosht l Easy Pathar Gosht Recipe:

In a bowl take boneless flat mutton pieces, add a green paste made with coriander, mint, and chili, ad dried spices like garam masala, coriander powder, and pathar ke phool if you can manage to find it. Once all the required spices are added, mix marinades well, mash them properly onto every single piece of mutton. Let this sit for at least 30 minutes, but if you have the time, let it sit for 2 hours.

In a non-stick pan or grill Tawa, add a tsp. of oil and lay down the mutton pieces. Cook on high heat for 5 minutes and then lower the flame and cook for another 10 minutes covered on each side. Once done drizzle some ghee and let it cook in that aromatic ghee as well. Take off the heat and serve hot.
