Mix Sattu, chopped coriander, green chillies, amchur powder, lemon juice, and salt. Add water to make a thick slurry. Then roast cumin and carom seeds. Add chopped onions and stir-fry, then add the Sattu mix. Cook while stirring constantly until it forms a soft dough.
