Doesn't that look absolutely scrumptious? Onion kachoris are a hot favourite of street food lovers in Rajasthan. The dish has an extremely crunchy deep fried outer covering made from refined flour and it is stuffed with a special spicy and asafetida-flavoured vegetarian mix of crispy onions, mashed potatoes, peas, etc. These kachoris are served with a spicy mint and coriander chutney and sweet and sour tamarind chutney. Occasionally, people eat it with fresh and chilled curd as well. You can buy a delectable plateful of onion kachoris at almost any sweet shop in Jaipur, but very few can make it as tasty as Sodhani (check correct spelling, is it Sodani or Sodhani)Sweets. The sweet shop has multiple outlets all across the Pink city and you can head to any of these to get a taste of these heavenly savouries.
