The year 2020 is not particularly the year meant for festivals. Indian festivals have always been about people, and no festival is "festival" enough in India if it does not include a gathering of near and dear ones. Rakhi is one such festival where we love to visit our cousins and relatives, celebrate the auspicious festival with fervour and indulge our hearts out. However, a lot of people, for their own safety, are trying to keep the festival a low-key affair. But should that dampen the festive spirit? We certainly think not! The siblings who reside together or close by can do so many things to make this Rakshabandhan memorable, and it need not be a grand scale gesture at all. Something as simple as baking a cake could do wonders to add a special value to the festival this year. And if you are someone averse to baking - you could try making this 5-minute sundae at home.
