All of us like to include at least a new dish in our meals regularly to bring freshness and we tend to get easily bored of eating the same dal-chawal or roti-sabzi every day. As much as we like to try new things, it could be a task to plan these meals. If you too feel stretched for options, nutritionist Lovneet has shared a soup recipe that you can have for dinner. The red curry noodle soup appears yummy as well as healthy, carrying several essential nutrients that our body needs. It is made with slurpable rice noodles, veggies and pan-fried tofu.

First let us talk about the benefits because health supersedes taste. Lovneet said that one bowl of this soup will keep the energy levels high, satisfy hunger hormones, improve hormonal function and optimize body metabolic rate.

“Super easy to make, full of flavour, and satisfying enough for a meal,” added Lovneet. Have a pot of this nourishing soup to add flavours to your eating habits. Here's the recipe:

-- Pour some coconut oil in a large pan on medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add tofu. Let it sit undisturbed as much as possible and stir only after a few minutes. Heat it until lightly golden and crispy on all sides.
