How To Make Aloo Kulcha At Home:

To make aloo kulcha at home, you need atta, maida, boiled potato, coriander leaves, green chilli, curd, baking soda, oil, sugar, salt, garam masala, chaat masala and red chilli powder.

First, start with adding salt to boiled aloo. To it, add red chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala, green chilli and coriander leaves. Mix everything together.

Now, take maida and atta in a bowl. Add salt, sugar, baking soda and curd to it. Sprinkle some oil and mix everything together. Add water to it, knead a dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Now, roll the dough flat and add the potato stuffing and tuck in the dough. Roll it flat again. Add some coriander leaves on the top and toast on a flat kadhai. Sprinkle some oil and roast both the sides well. And you have aloo kulcha ready to be relished.
