First, the chicken is marinated and cooked, and then the marinade of the malai tikka is used to make a flavourful pulao. You can serve this decadent pulao with a raita of your choice or a masaledaar gravy.

Malai Tikka Pulao Recipe: How To Make Pulao Using Malai Tikka

First marinate the boneless chicken in salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, yoghurt and cream. Roast the marinated chicken, and save the marinade. Keep this aside.

Heat oil in a pan, and add whole spices like cardamom, star anise, clove, and peppercorn. Next, sauté green chillies, tomatoes and onions. Pour the marinade and let the masala cook for a while. Add the malai tikka to the masala. Season with garam masala, salt and mint leaves. Add the raw rice and water to the masala. Boil till the rice is cooked. Malai tikka pulao is ready!
