Women's Day 2022: International Women's Day is commemorated every year on 8th March to celebrate and honour womanhood - a power, so strong and deep. Each year the UN highlights a theme through various events and activities. This year the focus is on "press for progress". From ruling homes to homelands, the indomitable spirit of women has grown strength to strength with each passing year. What started out in the year 1909 as a socialist political event in the United States of America as National Women's Day, has become a global movement now. 15,000 courageous women walked the streets of New York City demanding shorter work hours, better pay and the right to vote. Today women  not only have the right to vote but are also leading administrations.

This International women's day, 2022 we're raising a toast to the bold and the beautiful. New age women are picking up their kitchen knives, breaking through culinary boundaries of a traditionally male dominated industry and cooking up a storm. They say a woman should be two things: classy and fabulous, just like these recipes.
