She passionately advocates for healthy eating and even conducts an Instagram series called #TuesdaytipswithB. In this series, she delves into the health benefits of different food items. This time, she shared insights about the goodness of curds/dahi. Bhagyashree loves turning to curd for a quick fix, especially when dealing with stomach issues. 

Holding a bowl of curd, she stated that this "works wonders for her'' and is her "first go-to solution” whenever she is suffering from "stomach upset, acidity, hunger or even if I am feeling queasy...". She highlighted its ability to cool the stomach, create a lining to reduce acidity and act as a probiotic. She emphasised the additional benefits of curd, mentioning its richness in vitamins and calcium, and its super easy digestibility. She urged her audience to give it a try. 

In her video, Bhagyashree said that dahi can do wonders for gut health and support a healthy stomach lining. She highlighted its role in aiding digestion and mentioned it as a good source of protein and vitamin D for vegetarians. The actress added that dahi also promotes serotonin in the body. Urging her audience, she said, "Make it a part of your everyday meals or even in between meals, just make sure it is fresh.” Dahi khaao, aur pet ko aaram do [Have curd and cool your stomach down]."
