In a food-loving country like India, it comes as no surprise that the food stalls and businesses are expanding manifold. We have seen street food stalls and chai stalls coming up at every nook and cranny and doing brisk business too. Indian food stalls thrive on the concept of 'jugaad' or making the best of minimal resources and we have seen proof of this several times in the past as well. And now, another tweet caught our attention in this very context. A tweet by businesswoman Suman Mishra showed an interesting application of electric vehicles being used to sell coffee, bhelpuri and more. Take a look:

She later added even more images in the thread of some mobile vehicles being put to productive use. The post has received over 217.8k views and hundreds of comments and likes too.
In the photos, we could see how the rear storage side of these electric vehicles was transformed into a small portable sales unit. Ledges and shelves were added to the electric tempos thus making for an innovative setup for food stalls. While one business owner was selling coffee, others had organic groceries and spices on offer. A stall owner also sold street-style snacks from the vehicle.
The tweet garnered plenty of reactions online, including one from business leader Anand Mahindra. Take a look:
