Be it breakfast or evening snacks, sandwiches are good for any time of the day. Sandwiches are super simple to prepare; and you can also go creative with some exotic ingredients. Well, not only us, but Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan is also a fan of sandwiches. Yes, recently the actor shared his sandwich indulgence on Instagram Stories. Any guesses which sandwich was he gorging on? Hint: It is healthy and loaded with protein. Hrithik Roshan relished a yummy-looking egg sandwich. Alongside a picture of the meal, he shared a small list of ingredients used to prepare it. 

“6 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 30g bell pepper, 100g spinach, and 20g onion,” Hrithik Roshan wrote. For the sauce, he opted for “roasted cherry tomato with basil.”

Egg Sandwich Recipe: How To Make Egg and Cheddar Cheese Sandwich:

Ingredients:

Egg: 1

Salt to taste.

Pinch of pepper

Cheddar cheese: 20g

Ham slices: 2 

Mustard sauce: 1tbsp

Basil leaves: 3

Method: 

Step 1: Properly grease a cupcake tray 

Step 2: Break the egg into the mould. Sprinkle salt and pepper

Step 3: Don't forget to preheat the oven for 15 minutes. Now, put the tray in it

Step 4: Allow it to get baked for about 5-6 minutes 

Step 5: Once the egg is done, pull it out and chop it into medium-sized pieces

Step 6: Pop in some ham and cheese to the mix. Heat it in the microwave for a few minutes to make the cheese melt

Step 7: Place the mix on a toast, dress it up with basil and mustard, and you are good to go
