Malaika took to Instagram to share a picture of what seemed like a delish yet gluten-free evening meal! Take a look:
"Yum gluten-free bread.. @kadhali_bakes" Malaika wrote over the picture thanking the baker who sent her the bread! The picture shows the bread besides what seems like a vegetable mash with spices and herbs, making it a wholesome meal.

It basically provides the chewy texture or elasticity to baked goods. A typical gluten-free meal is free from grains such as wheat, barley, rye or oats and may include brown rice, red rice, quinoa or risotto.
