Currently, the actress is busy with the promotions of her upcoming film, Zara Hatke, Zara Bachke with Vicky Kaushal. Her latest stop: Kolkata. Obviously, Sara Ali Khan went on a food spree as she relished the local delicacies. Best part? She gave the food diaries a spin of her hilarious shayari. The actress shared a video, which rightfully captured her gastronomic outings in the city, on Instagram. And, it will certainly leave you craving. Namaste darshako, with my khule khule kesh, I have to pesh, local sandesh,” Sara Ali Khan said while showing us a platter of the popular Bengali sweet dish. Next, the actress gave us a glimpse of her yummy spread of food. The platter featured some rice, poori, salad, and an assortment of gravy dishes featuring mutton, among others. She also had a small bowl of aloo jhuri bhaja. 

There was no chance Sara would have missed out on the popular roshogolla in Kolkata. “Never before in a matke have I seen something so hatke,” the actress said, for the yummy-looking sweet treat. After having roshogolla, she sipped on some doodh cola.

The post also featured a clip of Sara Ali Khan gobbling down pani puri from a street vendor. 

In the video, the actress also confessed to stealing jhal muri. She said, “Main steal karne wali hu Kolkata se jhal muri.” (I am about to steal jhal muri from Kolkata).

Alongside the clip, Sara Ali Khan wrote, “Jab mile itna khaana- Phir aur kya chahiye??”  (When we get so much food, what else do we need?) Watch the video here:
