The biryani lovers have all the reasons to rejoice! Jubilant FoodWorks Limited (JFL) - the makers of Domino's Pizza - recently announced their entry into the food space of Biryanis with a new brand named 'Ekdum!' This comes as a part of JFL's portfolio expansion. According to a release on the website, 'Ekdum!' has brought together a selection of 20 different biryanis, curated from across the country. The range of biryani includes Hyderabadi Nizami Biryani, Lucknowi Nawabi Biryani, Kolkata Biryani, Butter Chicken Biryani and more. Alongside, they are also offering an extensive assortment of kebabs, curries, breads, raitas, chutneys and desserts. "Ekdum! will be affordably priced with biryani prices starting from Rs.99 that will offer unbeatable value for money to customers. These biryanis and other delicacies will be served in a special Dum Seal packaging which is eco-friendly, tamper proof and microwave friendly." reads the statement on their official website.

The Noida-based company JFL further states that 'Ekdum!' will kick-start the journey with three restaurants in Gurugram for delivery, takeaway and dine-in. However, plans are underway to open more outlets in NCR over in the upcoming months. And in an initiative to offer fuss-free ordering experience, 'Ekdum!' also offers an easy-to-use App and website (for both mobile and desktop users).

Speaking about the new brand, Shyam S Bhartia, Chairman and Mr Hari S. Bhartia Co-Chairman, Jubilant FoodWorks Limited shares, "In line with our strategy of portfolio expansion, we are delighted to introduce Ekdum!, our new venture in the Biryani category.
