Masaba Gupta is one of the few celebrities we look for diet and fitness inspiration. She often takes us through our go-to everyday meals which are healthy and delicious. Yet she can also be seen indulging herself every now and then. Among her many updates about her healthy diet, she recently surprised us with a picture of a popsicle that she was biting into to beat the summer heat. And not too long ago, she unabashedly claimed her love for noodles; and we were secretly happy when she wallowed in a whole cupcake on a Sunday. So, this one didn't really come as a surprise as Masaba went on guilt-ridden food carousal in Italy.
Masaba Gupta is currently in Milan, Italy. It's only natural to give into your temptation in the food haven that the country is known for, and that's exactly what Masaba is doing. She posted a reel on her Instagram handle giving us a glimpse into her Italian revelry comprising her visits to beautiful architectural marvels, and, of course, having lots of good food.

In the video posted by Masaba Gupta, there were snippets of different kinds of foods that Masaba had in Italy. We could spot salmon paired with fresh fruits, cheesy toast, multicoloured spaghetti, Bolognese pasta, a fruity beverage and more. Masaba also seems to be charging herself for the action-packed trip with the help of coffee, which she thinks is the best there. She wrote in the caption, "So much world to see. A city that leaves you with no choice but to look up. Apologies in advance for such a soulful piece of music just for pictures of some of the best tagliatelle & quite frankly the best coffee."
All those foods and drinks seem incomplete without the finale of desserts. Masaba Gupta also posted an Instagram story of her cup of gelato ice cream of pistachio mixed with biscuit and chocolate cream. Take a look:
