Pastry Chef Amaury Guichon never fails to impress us with his chocolate creations. The French-Swiss chef headlines the show 'School Of Chocolate.' But he is also well known online for his videos that take viewers behind the scenes, as he sculpts chocolate to make everything, from robots and dragons to foosball tables and vehicles. In the past, he has also tried his hand at creating members of the animal kingdom, like a whale and a tiger. His latest masterpiece is another big cat - the leopard. Since being posted yesterday, the Instagram reel has already amassed 5.8 million views.

Guichon has also provided a voice-over for the video. He briefly takes the viewers through each step of his process - from the main body of the leopard to the leg muscles, paws, tail and finally, the face. Once the main sculpture is ready, the chef carefully sprays it with colour and brings to life the animal's distinctive spots. He also separately creates vibrant eyes and sharp pangs for the leopard. The final touch is the whiskers, created using a special type of sugar. Watch the full video below:
