Ingredients of Imli Ka Amlana
- Half cup soaked imli, deseeded
- Sugar, as per taste
- A pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- A pinch of freshly ground cardamom
- Black salt, as per taste
- 1 tbsp mint leaves, freshly chopped
- Ice cubes, to garnish
How to Make Imli Ka Amlana

Prepare a syrup with tamarind pulp and sugar.

Strain the squash and store it in bottle.
3.
Now, take a glass of water and add 1.5 tbsp tamarind squash to it.
4.
Add black pepper, black salt and cardamom powder. Mix well.
5.
Garnish with mint leaves, ice cubes and serve chilled.
