Eau de Monsoon proved to be a savant at this traditional dal makhani that is slow cooked for 24 hours absorbing a myriad of flavours from all the spices it is cooked with.

To end you meal on a sweet note, definitely order the Pineapple jalebi, served with chandan ice cream and mushy rabri. Halwa degustation – a platter of three kinds of halwa - Carrot/Apple/Walnut - will please your sweet tooth.
