Every week different cuisines will be showcased, ranging from Tex-Mex, Mughlai to Oriental and Japanese.

Pullman New Delhi Aerocity is hosting 'Mediterranean Fare' at its farm to fork themed restaurant, Farmer's Basket. The festival will be held from 17th to 26th March and the patrons will be able to taste a wide variety of delectable Mediterranean dishes. The festival's menu is specially curated by the culinary expert Chef Alexandre K. Having a culinary journey of 25 years, he has worked in Michelin Star restaurants in France and Japan. Some of his signature dishes include- Empanada, Osso Buco, Bouillabaisse, Revithia and Tangine
