As we get back from the relaxing long weekend, our social media timelines are filled with snaps of festive feasts that people enjoyed in the last couple of days. With Easter Sunday, Good Friday, Vishu, Vaishakhi, and Bihu prior to them, it seems the world went crazy with good food last weekend. The vibrant textures and colours of the many dishes popped out on the green background of the banana leaf. From what we can make out, the spread included rice, dal, a curd dish, drumsticks curry, powdered chutney, and a couple of other dishes. She thanked her friend and famous chef Marina Balakrishnan who goes by the name @thatthalasserygirl on Instagram. Aditi used hashtags like #foodcoma and #sadhya for the picture and even wrote 'Sunday done right' over it. Take a look at the picture:

Aditi has a special place in her heart for traditional food and we have ample evidence to show it. To celebrate her birthday last year, Aditi had feasted on a Malabarian platter made for the birthday girl by none other than her friend Marina. The spread was the perfect royal fit for a birthday! The feats consisted of lip-smacking mini Malabar parotta, paniyaram - ball-shaped dumplings usually prepared with Urad dal and rice batter. Next to that were lotus root chips sprinkled with salt and some local spices. We could also see crispy nalla karam podi crackers on the platter. There were two bowls full of delicious beetroot pachadi along with many other dishes. Read all about it here.

On the work front, Aditi had highly impressed her Bollywood fan base with not one but three releases last year including 'Sardar Ka Grandson', 'The Girl on the Train', And 'Ajeeb Daastaans'. This year, Aditi has a much more relaxed lineup and has no plans for a Bollywood movie anytime soon. She will next be seen in a Tamil-language film 'Hey Sinamika!' opposite superstars Dulquer Salmaan and Kajal Aggarwal.
