How To Make Bathua Ki Kadhi At Home | Bathua Ki Kadhi Recipe

The recipe for this bathua ki kadhi was shared by the Instagram page @cookwithrupamsehtya. Start by adding besan, curd, haldi and water to a food processor. Blend to form a smooth paste. Next, pound together ginger, garlic cloves, green chillies, roasted coriander seeds in a mortar and pestle. Chop the onions and bathua leaves, keep them aside. Heat ghee in a kadhai and add hing, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, dried red chillies, and fenugreek. Saute well and add onions. Give it a good mix and add haldi. Add the bathua leaves, cover the pan with a lid, and let it cook for a few minutes. Pour in the besan paste and add more water. Cover and slow cook. Top the kadhi with a crackling tadka and enjoy! Your bathua ki kadhi is now ready to be savoured!
