How To Make High-Protein Scrambled Paneer For Breakfast:

To make scrambled paneer, you need paneer (of course!), onion, garlic, butter, milk, cheese, salt and pepper, turmeric powder, and freshly chopped coriander.

Start by chopping the vegetables and sauteeing them in butter. Next, add crumbled paneer to it and mix. Add milk, cheese, salt, pepper, turmeric powder and cook until it gets a scrambled egg-like texture. Once done, garnish with some coriander leaves and serve with toasted bread. It's that simple.
