Generally, idli is made with rice batter but here we are using gram flour and semolina. To begin with the recipe, take a bowl, add suji, gram flour (besan), salt, capsicum, tomato, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste, chopped green garlic, chopped carrot, green peas, chopped coriander, and curd to a large bowl.

Mix everything well. Then, grease the idli mould. Fill a portion of the batter. Do not overfill them.
