Here's How To Make Paneer Bhurji Pav At Home:

Ingredients:

Paneer - 200 grams
Tomato - 1 small (chopped)
Onion - 1 small (chopped)
Chaat Masala - 1 pinch
Salt - 1 tsp
Jeera - half a tsp
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Peas - 1 cup
Coriander leaves - 1 sprig
Pavs - 2
Ghee - 1 tsp

Method:

To begin with, take a pan and add ghee to it. Bring it to high flame.
Add jeera and allow it to splutter. Once done, add chopped onions, tomatoes, green peas and saute the ingredients for about 2-3 minutes.
Add all the spices along with crumbled paneer and give all of it a nice mix. Garnish it with chopped coriander.
Now, cut the pav into two halves and toast them on a griddle. Stuff the paneer bhurji mix inside the pavs and serve along green chutney.

To enhance the health quotient of this already protein-rich dish, you may as well toss some chopped seasonal veggies of your choice while making the bhurji.
