To make this snack, make a tikki of the ingredients and spices on a tawa and top it with melt-in-mouth foam made of turmeric.

Start with blanching spinach, bathua and amaranth in boiling water. Remove excess water and chop them. Then blend millets, oatmeal and gram flour and mix in all the spices. Mix everything together and make tikkis by cooking on non-stick pan. To make foam, pressure blend cream, turmeric and some water. Then garnish the snack with the foam.
