Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 or 2 cups - coffee beans (depending on how strong you want the coffee to be)
  • 8 cups - filtered water

Method:

  1. To begin with, grind the coffee beans. The consistency of grinded beans should be medium-coarse. Then add the water and ground coffee beans to a glass container. Allow it to steep for 12-14 hours so that a perfect concentrate is formed.
  2. Now, it's time to strain the coffee using cheesecloth. Place it over a large bowl and strain the concentrate in it. Once this is done, transfer the cold brew concentrate into a clean glass container and store in a refrigerator.
