Highlights

  • Holi is one of the most-awaited festivals of India.
  • The festival of colours is incomplete without thandai.
  • Here is a recipe of LIIT thandai you can try.

Thandai is one drink that is omnipresent in almost all Holi parties and get-togethers. It could be a simple milk and dry fruit-based drink, or laced with some bhaang - this drink attracts all who want to celebrate the festival of colours with aplomb. But if you have planned your Holi party last minute and have guests coming over looking to get high in the festive spirit, don't tucker out. You can still make your friends happy with this special LIIT thandai that can be made in flat 5 minutes, no more.

Sonali Mullick, who is a mixologist at Hitchki, shared with us this recipe, and we were quite impressed. With just a few common spirits and other ingredients, this thandai turned out to be super delicious, and not to mention - super heady too.

If you have some vodka, white rum and gin at your place, you are set for it. Or else, just get it home and get started with making this super easy thandai recipe.
