Here Are 5 Tips To Remember When Hosting A Party
1. Keep the menu simple
Many of us want to cook elaborate things. But all of that is not possible. It not only takes up your time but also tires you. So, when you are deciding upon the main course, choose something that is quick and easy to make. You can make a good tadka yellow dal,dal makhani, chole, or rajma with rice and rotis. Or you can even opt for Chinese cuisine for the main course. These dishes are often easy to make and require minimum ingredients.
2. Prepare in advance
Cooking on party day can be a challenge. So, to make things easier, prepare certain things in advance. You can prepare the base of the curries, chop up the vegetables, and even make frozen snacks. Dishes like cheese balls, potato bites, and tikkas can be prepared in advance and can be kept in the freezer. Then, you would just need to take them out and fry them.
3. Order food from outside
Some of us may not like ordering food from outside, but in reality, it just makes your work easier. So, instead of preparing all the snacks, you can just order two-three items from outside and serve that as well.

4. Make a jar full of drink
While aerated drinks are the best option to keep, some of us may want to make our own drinks. And if you are one of those people, keep at least two jars full of drinks ready. This way, you would only have to pour the drink and serve it.
5. Don't use unnecessary utensils
While cooking is one thing, at the end of every party, we just find a mess of utensils that requires cleaning. So, if you want to ease your work, don't take out a bowl for every small thing. In fact, if you just have a casual hangout scene with your college friends, you can even use paper plates. That way, you won't have to do any cleaning.
So, the next time you host a party, keep these tips in mind!
