To begin with, sieve the flour. Once done, add a bit of salt and knead the dough (semi-hard). Set aside for 5-6 minutes.

Now take a small portion from the dough, roll it properly and make sure there are no cracks and folds.

Spread oil on top of all the portions and roll them one after another. Ps: Don't forget to spread oil on your rolling pin too. Avoid spreading the flour on the rolled puris.
