To make this dish, first, take baby potatoes and pan-fry them to make them crisp. Now in a pan, add oil and throw in ginger and garlic. To this, add slit green chillies and finely chopped onion. Cook till onions are soft. Next, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, jeera powder, coriander powder and salt as per taste. Let it cook for a while.
