Ingredients of Bombay Style Aloo

  • 7-8 Baby Potatoes
  • 1/2 Chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Red jeera powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Bombay Style Aloo

Take baby potatoes and pan fry them to make them crisp.

Now in a pan add oil and throw in ginger and garlic. To this add slit green chillies and finely chopped onion. Cook till onions are soft.

Next add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, jeera powder, coriander powder and salt as per taste. Let it cook for a while.

Add a bit of water so and throw in the crispy potatoes.
5.
Mix and coat the potatoes with masalas.

Serve and enjoy!
