Ingredients of Bombay Style Aloo

  • 7-8 Baby Potatoes
  • 1/2 Chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Red jeera powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Bombay Style Aloo

  • 1.Take baby potatoes and pan fry them to make them crisp.
  • 2.Now in a pan add oil and throw in ginger and garlic. To this add slit green chillies and finely chopped onion. Cook till onions are soft.
  • 3.Next add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, jeera powder, coriander powder and salt as per taste. Let it cook for a while.
  • 4.Add a bit of water so and throw in the crispy potatoes.
  • 5.Mix and coat the potatoes with masalas.
  • 6.Serve and enjoy!
