To start with the recipe, you first need to prepare the dough by mixing refined flour, salt, water and oil. Set aside for 30 minutes.

Once done, divide the flour into tiny parts. Roll each poart by using a rolling pin. Cut each part into two halves. Your samosa sheets are ready.

For the filling, take a large mixing bowl, and add soaked poha, chopped onion, chopped green chillies, and chilli powder. Mix it well. Once done, add roasted cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala, and salt to taste. Add this stuffing to the samosa sheets and deep fry until golden and brown. Ps - This samosa is also called Irani samosa.
