Piping hot samosas with a crispy outer layer and a lip-smacking delicious filling are all you need to get your party started. Best part? Here Is The Full Recipe For Mini Samosa By Chef Pankaj Bhadouria:
Ingredients
All-purpose flour: 2 cups
Butter - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Carom seeds - ½ tsp
Stuffing:
Cashew nuts - ½ cup
Almonds - ½ cup
Peanuts - ½ cup
Oil - 2tbsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Nigella seeds - ½ tsp
Desiccated coconut - ½ cup
Pepper powder - ½ tsp
Garam masala powder - ½ tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Dried mango powder - 1 tbsp
Powder sugar - 2 tbsp
Method:
Step 1: Take a bowl and empty flour, butter, salt and carom seeds. Rub well. Add water and knead a stiff dough.
Step 2: Cover and leave the dough to rest for 20 mins.
Step 3: Meanwhile, fry cashew, almonds and peanuts. Grind it together.
Step 4: Heat oil in a pan, add fennel seeds, coriander seeds, nigella seeds, as well as desiccated coconut. Mix it together with powdered dry fruits. Pop in the powdered spices. Stir for two mins. Remove from heat and the stuffing is ready.
Step 5: Roll out lemon-sized balls of dough. Cut it in half and shape it like a cone.
Step 6: Now fill in the stuffing. Seal and fry till golden
