Imagine this - you are sitting at your dining table and you are greeted with a plate full of fluffy bhature and masaledar chole! Wouldn't that just be a delicious surprise?! Chole Bhature - this north Indian combination is one that foodies thoroughly enjoy! The combination of freshly prepared bhature and spicy chole makes for the ultimate delight. While we are big fans of this Punjabi food combination, what if there was a way to elevate the chole bhature meal and make them taste even better?! Wondering how that is possible? Rather than eating plain bhature with chole, pair the chole with paneer stuffed bhature.
The recipe for paneer bhature is very similar to normal bhature, you just need to add paneer inside the dough. You'll enjoy a thick and spicy layer of paneer in between your bhatura.

Paneer Bhatura Recipe: How To Make Paneer Bhatura
Start by preparing the dough; all you need to do is mix together flour, salt, sooji, yoghurt, baking soda and baking powder. Slowly pour lukewarm water and start kneading a soft dough. Cover it with a wet cloth and set this aside.
To prepare the paneer stuffing, grate the paneer and season it with red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt and coriander. Mix this well. Add some dry flour to the paneer masala so that it absorbs moisture.
Roll dough of the size of the roti and another one of the size of a puri. Place the paneer stuffing on top of the rolled roti and place the puri-sized dough on top. Seal it and roll it again. Deep fry the puris till they are golden crisp.
