7. BAROAK

Baroak just opened in Noida Sector 15A, and it's basically the antidote to loud, overpacked nightlife. Think unhurried dinners, proper cocktails, and evenings where conversation actually happens. The name mashes up Baroque elegance with oak warmth, fancy but not stuffy. There's refined indoor seating and a chill garden outside. The food's multi-cuisine done well, not weird fusion experiments. Cocktails rework classics with Indian botanicals. They do baithak evenings, ghazal nights, curated music, stuff that adds to the vibe without drowning it out. "A space to slow down and actually connect," says Director Smriti Mishra. Works for after-work drinks, date nights, or group dinners without feeling like you're shouting over a DJ.
