The Boomerang video shows Malaika breaking a walnut with a nutcracker tool. She captioned it as, “Old school walnut cracker.” The fitness icon did not forget to talk about the benefits of the nut. She added, “Food for hair, skin, and brain.” Let us remind you that walnuts have more benefits than just those that Malaika mentioned in her post. Walnuts are blessed with ample nutrients, including vitamins, fiber, antioxidants, and fats.
