Chef Pankaj Bhadouria has shared a video on Instagram talking about a wonderful hack to clean your non-stick pan. According to Pankaj, you can use plastic scrub, and liquid soap followed by warm water to clean your non-stick pan. Also, after washing it, spread about 2 drops of oil on it and wipe it nicely. Keep it like that back in the kitchen and that's how you'll be able to improve the lifespan of your cookware.

Chef Pankaj Bhadouria often shares effective tips related to cooking and cleaning kitchen appliances. In another video, she showed how you can clean a chopping board. For a wooden chopping board, take some baking soda and rub it on your board using half a lemon. Keep it for ten minutes and wash it. Rub some oil on the board and use a soft cloth to wipe it clean. If you have a plastic chopping board, spread some baking soda on top of it. Now, mix salt and water and put it all over the board. Add vinegar just when it dries out on the surface. Use a scrub pad and rub the surface of your chopping board properly. Clean it with half a lemon and take hot water to wash and clean the board. Finally, wipe it with a soft cloth. She suggested that you must clean your chopping board on weekly basis to prevent it from getting too dirty.
