For this kulle ki chaat recipe, all you need are some boiled potatoes, peel them and cut horizontally to hollow them from the centre. Stuff the centre chickpeas, green chillies, pomegranate and ginger juliennes, and sprinkle lots of salt, black salt, chaat masala and lemon juice on top! You can add more spices according to your spice level.
