How to Make Chicken Kebabs at Home in 30 Minutes:

Start by chopping an onion, chilli, tomato, and coriander leaves, and mince the boneless chicken pieces. We understand that cutting and chopping ingredients can take a lot of time. That's why we used an automatic chopper to prepare our vegetables and a mixer to mince the meat. Easy, right?

Next, take all these ingredients in a bowl and add ginger-garlic paste, salt, pepper, cumin-coriander powder, and chaat masala. Mix them well with an egg and some maida for binding. You can also add some lemon juice for tanginess. We add some oil to the mix to ensure the fats mix well.

Now, all you need to do is heat a pan, drizzle some oil, and shallow fry the kebabs over low-medium flame. That's it.

Serve the dish with some green chutney or ketchup and a side of onion salad. If you want to make it a wholesome meal, serve it with some paratha on the side. Click here for the step-by-step recipe for quick and easy chicken kebabs at home.
