First, in a kadhai add some water. Add jeera, oil, til, red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, salt as per taste, turmeric powder, curry leaves, coriander leaves- mix them all and let it come to a boil. Now take some rice flour and add it gradually to the kadhai. You can turn off the gas so that the flour doesn't burn. Once that is done, take it out and form a dough. Don't let the mixture get cool. Add besan to the dough. Once done, roll out the dough to a thin consistency. Now prick the dough and cut it in any desired bite-size shape. Lastly, fry them till golden brown and enjoy!
