Idli, a popular South Indian breakfast, is usually served with sambar or coconut dip. The fluffy delight is made of a special rice batter. While you may think preparing a delicious platter of Idli is a tedious task, Chef Kunal Kapoor is at your rescue. In an Instagram post, the chef shared the recipe to prepare lip-smacking butter garlic goli idlis. All you need is a couple of ingredients and some rice balls. Alongside the recipe, chef Kunal Kapoor wrote, "Butter garlic Idli is simple to prepare, uses very few ingredients, and can be enjoyed at any time of the day. Enjoy cooking."

Here Is The Full Recipe For Butter Garlic Goli Idli By Chef Kunal Kapur:
Ingredients:
- Butter - 2tbsp
- Garlic (chopped) - 1tsp
- Green chilli (chopped) - 1/2 tsp
- Onions (chopped) - 3 tbsp
- Corn niblet - a handful
- Lemon
- Spring onion
Method:
Step 1: Heat a pan on the stove. Drop in some butter, once it melts add some chopped garlic and green chilli.
Step 2: Mix it, and add chopped onions as well as some corn niblets. Saute the ingredients well.
Step 3: Add a dash of lemon and pop in the rice balls. Mix it nicely, so that the vegetable mix and the flavour are induced in the Idli.
Step 4: Garnish the dish with some spring onions and it is good to serve.

Step 1: Boil water in a pan, now add some salt and ghee. Empty some rice flour, and keep the utensil aside. Allow the water to soak it.
Step 2: Once the mixture is cooled down a bit, make a soft dough. You can add hot water if required.
Step 3: Make small balls out of the rice dough. And steam them for 10-15 minutes.
