Ingredients:

2 mackerels
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp turmeric powder
1 1/2 tsp red chilli paste
1 cup rice flour
1 cup oil
Salt to taste

Method:

1. Take 2 whole mackerels.
2. Add salt to taste, lemon juice, turmeric powder, red chilli paste.
3. Mix everything well.
4. Once the marinade is spread, cover the mackerels with rice flour.
5. In a pan, add oil and heat it.
6. Add the mackerels into the pan.
7. Shallow-fry until they become crisp and golden on both sides.
8. Serve hot.
